The Brantford Kinsmen Ribfest is a fun family community festival being held in Cockshutt park in Brantford’s west Brant area on August 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 2016.

We are looking for 50 volunteers to help out with tasks such as setting up, taking down, ground maintenance, drink servers greeters and selling raffle tickets. The hours are flexible; the event times vary, so you can choose to stay all day or for a few hour duration. The minimum age for volunteers is 14, and youth can use their Ribfest volunteer hours toward their required community service hours.

We are not necessarily looking for skilled volunteers, so students looking for volunteer highschool hours are welcomed. Volunteer applications available on our website www.brantfordribfest.ca or contact the Volunteer Coordinator Greg Harris at volunteers@brantfordkinsmen.ca.

Brantford Kinsmen believes that all member of our community have the ability to help build the community in which they live, work and play in a way that is meaningful to them.
