Here’s How it Works
Competition Awards
Our Celebrity Panel of judges will be tasting Sunday at approximately 1:00p. The winners will be announced on Sunday afternoon at 4:30p.
Our Judging panel will decide who has presented them with the best ribs, best chicken and best sauce prepared by our Ribbers.
The best pig rig is selected by a secret volunteer who will decide their choice of most outstanding setup and pleasantness of staff.
People’s Choice Award
People’s Choice Award is just that. You get a say in who had the Best Ribs and sauce on the weekend. The Ribbers want bragging rights so be sure to vote for the food you most enjoyed!
