Our friends from Crazy Canuck Smokers have their 'rib rig' set up in the parking lot at 20 Grey St. for the entire month - winners of Best Ribs at #BrantfordRibfest in 2019!
#takeout hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00am-2:00am.

Save the date – The Steering Committee for the Brantford Kinsmen Ribfest is already working on plans for summer of 2021. Our 2021 dates will be August 6 – 8, 2021 and we’re gradually updating the website as things get finalized. But in the meantime, check out our website to see videos and photographs from our fabulous 2019 event.

We are looking for volunteers to help out with tasks such as setting up, taking down, ground maintenance, drink servers greeters and selling raffle tickets. The hours are flexible; the event times vary, so you can choose to stay all day or for a few hour duration. The minimum age for volunteers is 14, and youth can use their Ribfest volunteer hours toward their required community service hours.
We are not necessarily looking for skilled volunteers, so it’s a great way for students looking for volunteer high school hours are welcomed. And for adults, it is perfect time to meet new people and participate in a community oriented event. Brantford Kinsmen believes that all member of our community have the ability to help build the community in which they live, work and play in a way that is meaningful to them. Brantford Ribfest is a unique way for a volunteer to meet the needs of the community in a fun-filled family environment. Volunteers are the backbone of Brantford Ribfest and their contributions are essential to the continuation of festivals like Ribfest and a vibrant community.
