Ribfest serves as a unique and convenient market place for vendors to showcase and sell their products/services to the City of Brantford & Brant County’s population. It is also a great place for organizations & businesses. Space is also available for product launches targeting the community. This is an excellent opportunity to connect directly with your customers and to expose your products to thousands of patrons daily.

When is the deadline for applications

Final deadline for submission of Market Vendor applications/forms is July 22

What are the vendor hours?

Market Place Vendor Hours:
Friday – 4PM-9PM, must be on-site by 3:30 pm and set up by 3:45 pm.
Saturday – 11AM-9PM, must be on-site by 10:30 am and set up by 10:45 am.
Sunday – 11AM-7PM. must be on-site by 10:30 am and set up by 10:45 am.
Participants cannot tear down until the market ends at listed time above except in extreme weather conditions. If you have sold out of product, you may close your booth and leave your display items within your booth area until the event space has closed.

Market Place Vendors are:

BUSINESSES, CHARITY OR COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION, HANDICRAFT AND MERCHANDISING EXHIBITOR

Vendors play an important role in the festival helping to promote and showcase local businesses & organizations in our community.

Vendors will be notified once the Ribfest committee has received the Vendor Form. At that time, the Vendor will be added to a contact list for event vending opportunities. Becoming a vendor at our family based festivals will help you get the word out about your product, enabling you to do live demonstrations and sharing product/service knowledge with patrons of the festival. We welcome local and remote retailers, artisan and home based business vendors to participate in our festival.

City of Brantford requires all exhibitors, and nonprofits —everyone— to have insurance for the event. There are no exceptions.
